Refund policy

Return Policy:

Most items are eligible for returns. Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of order. Items must be in same condition that you received it. Please contact to request a return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded. 

Return shipping charges will be your responsibility. No postage due items will be accepted.

Non Returnable Items:

Assembled purses, canister and glass jar seals and items listed under used equipment.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be for product only and not for any shipping charges incurred to ship the order. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of returned item.

Damaged Items:

Damaged items need not be retuned. We request taking a photo of the damaged item and sending it to us for review.
